Saw this new UI, the navigation is super cool. Just curious only, it’s not a suggestion or anything.
Wanted to understand how you feel about it. Especially SaaS when they have community websites, the competitors can sneak in.
I’m not sure I understand the question? This is the user directory, and has been around for some time. You could access it in a similar way from the old-style hamburger menu. 
But you can hide it from public view or even disable it altogether using the hide user profiles from public and enable user directory admin settings:
