I thought maybe you could also use https://meta.discourse.org/top?order=posts&period=monthly But I think it shows topics created in the past month and not all topics which got a lot of replies.

Potresti usare ‘Top’ e impostare tutte le impostazioni del moltiplicatore a zero. Questo ti porterebbe (almeno molto vicino) a “Argomenti con più risposte” senza dover fare nulla di più elaborato?:
