I thought maybe you could also use https://meta.discourse.org/top?order=posts&period=monthly But I think it shows topics created in the past month and not all topics which got a lot of replies.

Which is precisely why you need to change the settings as I indicated.

Você poderia usar ‘Top’ e definir todas as configurações de multiplicador como zero. Isso o levaria (pelo menos muito perto) a “Tópicos com mais respostas” sem ter que fazer nada mais sofisticado?:
