As shown in the above image, one of my community members reported this. On English (Default) language, it is working fine as i have checked it.

It happens on English default (using latest firefox) Google chrome is just fine. (When i tried it out)
Can you reproduce this on http://try.discourse.org or here on Meta? If not, likely a CSS or other customization issue, and not a bug.
I’m a bit confused. Your top screenshot looks like you’re trying to select a category by how many topics it has.

Note that Firefox 50 currently is the nightly branch and will only become stable by the end of the year. Therefore, if somebody reports a bug in such a version and its not reproducible otherwise (which seems not to be the case here), it is worth waiting until the release is at least in Developer Edition (aurora).
Beta browsers are not supported. Repost when it is a stable release.
