Composer in "intersection" page: tag field not pre-filled

In a one-tag page, if I’m authorized to add tags and I click “New Topic”, the composer is pre-filled with the current tag.
In an intersection page, if I’m authorized to add tags and I click “New Topic”, the composer is pre-filled with no tag.

Hm, this seems to have regressed at some point; I’ve pushed a fix here:
