Convert a topic to a question which can be marked as solved

This has been addressed with the Enable solved tags site setting. This setting lets you use a tag to treat individual topics as though they were in a Solved category. When that tag is applied to a topic, you can then mark a post within that topic as its solution.

The "Enable solved tags" setting is set to turn a topic into a question / answer topic when the "question" tag is applied.

After adding the "question" tag, the topic allows you to mark a post as its solution, just as if it were in a Solved category.
