Criteria for an "inactive" site

I noticed my test site was marked as “inactive” in DiscourseID. The host server has been disconnected from the internet for about two weeks now so this label makes sense, but it’s not something I’ve seen before.

Is there a specific timeframe that a server goes from normal to inactive or how fast it will recover once put back on the internet? Thanks.

I believe site status is automatically fetched a few times a day, and they are marked inactive when they have been offline over 30 days ago or when there is no known date of going offline.
