Is it possible to have a warning/information message online during the 5-10 minutes that Discourse is rebuilding?

It looks like an absolute nightmare, which is probably why I hadn’t bookmarked it.

The two container install is less of an ordeal and actually reduces downtime rather than merely acknowledging it. It still requires paying a bit of attention, however.
