I’ve reported a similar issue with how custom emoji is not working in the profile card, but I’m now also seeing the issue when custom emoji are within solution text.
Here the orange cloud emoji shows in the original response, but not in the quoted passage for the solution.

Hmm yeah we should fix that! Not sure anyone is available to work on it at the present moment though.
