As the title says, it would be very helpful to have a setting to allow 1) admins, 2) mods, or 3) all staff to edit entries to custom user fields that are not marked “Editable after signup”.
Currently, to edit a user’s non-editable-after-signup custom field entry, admins have to temporarily change the field so that it’s editable after signup, make the edit, and then change the field setting again.
