Is anyone experiencing a 403 error when trying to create a new query? Is there a known bug? or maybe user error??

i just created a new data explorer query on 2 different self-hosted sites and ran them without any issue.
if the query isn’t correct it usually outputs a syntax error, so i’m not sure what would cause a 403… if you are an admin and creating it in the data-explorer admin panel it shouldn’t be returning a permissions error.
