I wanted to inquire about your data handling practices. Could someone please share the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and outline how Discourse manages and uses contact data?

Specifically, I’d like to understand:

  • How contact information is stored and protected

  • Whether contact data is shared with or sold to any third parties

  • How long the data is retained

  • What controls are in place to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations
