Posso confirmar que o plugin Discourse Calendar (and Event) foi de fato o culpado aqui, então vou ajustar o título deste post de acordo. Só para constar, também estou compartilhando nossa lista atual de plugins. Com esses plugins instalados (e o discourse-calendar desativado), a tarefa de migração do banco de dados foi realizada com sucesso e o fórum voltou a funcionar — https://community.panodata.org/.
