Default site settings for assigns user url path should not use latest route

It took me for a while while I realised , why I do not see all topics assigned to some users
Here is sample

This happening when category has Suppress category from latest topics enabled settings
This can be solved by changing: Default site settings for assigns user url path.
Maybe we should consider changing default value for assigns user url path to
/?assigned={username}

Apologises for spamming topic but looks like if category is Suppress from latest topics, route
https://{host}/?assigned={user} not showing topic assigned to user in that category.
