Disable notifications for specific user group inboxes?

Is it possible to disable notifications for specific inboxes? e.g. I’m part of a team that reviews blogs. I want to be in that inbox, but I don’t want to constantly be bombarded with notifications for that inbox.

You can change the notification level for a group inbox from the inbox page (eg. /messages/group/admins)

For the 'you have x messages in the y inbox` one, you need to make sure none of the PMs in there are ‘Tracking’ (Bulk Actions can be useful for that)

Okay so each individual would have to do this themselves, rather than it being at the group/inbox level right?

You can set a default one from the group settings page (eg. /g/admins/manage/interaction):
