I can access as Admin, but the Button in the Back-Up section cannot be used.

That’s a Discourse-hosted forum (discourse.group), so if the read-only mode can’t be disabled from the admin backup settings, support@discourse.org should be able to help you with it.

Did you receive any inactivity email warnings from Discourse to kick start your forum?
Yes, but I can’t create new posts because Read Mode is active.
I can’t disable Read-Only Mode in the Backup section because Read Mode is active. The support email directed me to the forum because I’m on the Free plan.
OK, I’ve extended the inactivity check till the end of November! Please make sure to kick start activity on the forum so our systems don’t mark it as inactive again.
