On the “old” admin menu, the “Backups” item would disappear if enable_backups was set to false.
In the new admin sidebar, the “Backups” item stays.
Clicking it gives “Access Denied” though.

Thank you for reporting this bug. We don’t want to fully hide backups, as admin may still want to download existing files or have access to setting. However, buttons to create a new backup, restore or delete were removed.
