Is there a way to completely disable Google Analytics? I don’t want any data sent to Google’s servers, or for any non-free JavaScript to run in users’ browsers. Thanks! : )

Leave these settings blank and Discourse won’t create any connection with analytics
ga universal tracking code
ga universal domain name
You probably can leave the second one on auto, the first one should be enough

Google analytics comes disabled by default. It is activated when you go and fill the related settings mention above.
