You can use the Chatroom Integration Plugin (discourse-chat-integration)
I am using this plugin as we speak to put posts on my own discord server. However, not every post, you can customize which category, which topics and what posts.
This isn’t using an RSS feed or bot. It’s a webhook. There’s no better way.
