Discord Synced Rewards as well?

I was curious if it is possible to sync this along with existing Discord role rewards?

For example:

You pledge $5 to my Patreon.

$5 Tier:
-Discord role “Awesome”
-Discourse badge of a star

Minutes later, you are granted the “Awesome” role within my server “Cool Server” as well as a Discourse badge of a yellow star for group “Patrons”

If possible, could you guide me in the right direction?

Yes, that is exactly how it works.

You can create a Discourse Group for each Patreon tier, a Discourse badge for each tier and then configure the Patreon plugin associating each tier with the corresponding group.
