When tapping the boost input on mobile, the keyboard opens and this minor page scroll causes the boost menu to close, which prevents the user from being able to type into it.
This change prevents the menu from closing when the input is focused, which keeps it open when the keyboard appears. Normal scrolling removes focus, so it still closes the menu (as added in https://github.com/discourse/discourse-boosts/pull/19)
