悪いことをしてしまいました。組織のためにディスコースサーバーを引き継いだのですが、数ヶ月間、ログインするたびに、インストールが必要な重要なアップデート（3.2.x → 3.3.x）があると言われていました。ついに我慢できなくなり、管理パネルのアップデートをクリックしました。Dockerのアップデートは問題なく、比較的すぐに完了し、その後もすべて正常に動作していました。次に、3.3のディスコースアップデートをクリックしました。しばらく進行しましたが、このエラーメッセージが表示されました。
