I’m on a Business plan trial, but Discourse Connect just keeps showing ‘no result’. What’s the reason for this? Is it not available for trial accounts?

hmmm that’s odd. i just had a quick look and i can see the discourse connect settings on your site. maybe try refreshing the page or logging in again?
discourse connect should be available on trial.

Thank you for getting back to me. I’ve already tried refreshing the page and logging back in, but no luck. Same thing happens even in incognito mode. Pretty strange.

Got it working by signing up with a new account. Probably because my previous account started on Starter and was later upgraded to Business. That would be a bug though.
