The cloud paid for version is the only 1-click install for sure. All other installs will by definition be custom in some way. Thanks for the DO marketplace link for Discourse. That’s great to know! Linode has one too.

Peruse unsupported-install to get an idea of the things which go wrong with third-party packages and one-click installs.
