The mobile app for iOS has a bug where clicking on a thread in chat produces an error page.

If you click “Try Again” it will work fine. If you click “Go Back”, then chat is broken. Anytime you click on a chat channel, a blank page appears.

You have to close the app and open it back up to restore functionality.

How are you getting to the thread? If I go to “My Threads” and then click on a thread, I don’t see a 404. Same when I go to the thread from the channel by clicking on “n replies”.
