I’m not sure but we use Sentry for the rest of our services, so is natural for us to use it in our community too.
What does this offer over the existing, built in Logster error aggregation in Discourse at
/logs?
E.g. configurable email/slack notifications in case of errors.
Eu uso o Sentry em um projeto de desenvolvimento Rails bastante grande, e ele é ótimo para rastrear problemas, atribuir tarefas a pessoas, acompanhar a resolução, receber alertas e integrar (no nosso caso) com um repositório privado do GitHub.
Como o Sentry funciona bem para este projeto atual de desenvolvimento Rails, acredito que em breve vamos testar o plugin Discourse Sentry e ver se há benefícios. Até agora, é muito bom rastrear erros remotamente, receber alertas, gerenciar atribuições e acompanhar a resolução dos problemas.
