리포트 감사합니다 @andresfromsonar

이제 “ai agent” 노드는 활성화된 "agent/bot"을 사용해야 한다는 점이 더 명확해지기를 바랍니다.

Previously, the AI agent's global "Enabled?" toggle sat inside the "AI bot optio…ns" section, so admins read it as a bot-only setting, and the Workflows AI Agent node silently hid disabled agents, leaving people unable to find the agent they wanted without any explanation (reported on [meta](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-workflows/407100/61)). This change moves the toggle into a status switch at the top of the agent editor, lists disabled agents in the workflow picker with a "Disabled" badge (in the dropdown and the selected value), and shows a live warning when the selected agent is disabled, since the step will fail at run time. It also turns priority into a regular checkbox labelled "Show first in agent lists", groups the "Allow …" options together, and explains that saving with mentions or chat DMs allowed creates the agent's user. ### Screenshots | | Before | After | |---|---|---| | Agent editor (top) | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="editor-top-before" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6df8b255-abda-40e2-8ddc-61bb3881ea25" /> | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="editor-top-after" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/20bb8843-5a52-4f4a-8de0-264440980af7" /> | | Agent editor (AI bot options) | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="editor-bot-options-before" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8c240323-c53d-4bdd-97ff-73077c4f33a5" /> | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="editor-bot-options-after" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5d2924bd-9ae4-43c7-9370-2d2f6f475d0c" /> | | Workflow agent picker | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="node-dropdown-before" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2cd1414e-9617-4a3d-b175-ba6f2ef47680" /> | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="node-dropdown-after" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/96bc0aba-d4e9-43b8-8645-10c230e809d1" /> | | Disabled agent selected | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="node-disabled-selected-before" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/207b6316-5916-48e5-bb00-3a8990071485" /> | <img width="1400" height="1200" alt="node-disabled-selected-after" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/65139148-d294-43e2-b5b4-8c63730816aa" /> |
