Have you tried safe mode? For me, most of the errors seem to disappear after I disabled themes on your forum. There are still some errors about too many requests, but the other errors disappear, so the problem is likely your theme or one of your theme components.

The site works in safe mode (https://qingju.me/safe-mode). The issue originates from one of your themes or theme components. Try disabling them one by one and you’ll find the faulty one.

From the screenshot, this is a sign where the client side application has crashed. @祁同伟 are you enable to renable the component and check the console for errors? That would help us to narrow down where the problem is.
The issue is Tag Icons component 
Happened on my forum too.
Are you able to get the error in the console? I’m unable to reproduce the problem locally in the development or the test environments.
