Suggestion: On the individual items in the review queue, where applicable, add the ‘Reviewable revision reason’ that was selected by the reviewer to the reviewable scores table that currently displays Reported by, Report date etc. Maybe on a new row below these to cater for lengthy custom reasons and avoid horizontal scrolling.

In the Timeline & Notes tab, display the Revision Reason (if there is one) below the Reviewed by line.
Also display* the content of the Feedback that was (optionally) included by the moderator when using the Revise post option (example below) so that other moderators/administrators have visibility in the review queue and the review item page of what the feedback was. *In an expandable/collapsable way so as not to overload the page.
