If I have a licensed product whose IP is owned by an organization. Can Discourse (opensource under GNU license) be included as part of this licensed product and distributed or included in a SaaS product?

Sorry, legal advice for combining IP and open source licenses is beyond the scope of this community.
You can always ask the licensed product vendor for how it may integrate with open source software, of course.
