مشكلة مشرف Docker

I have recently build my discourse via ssh using. ./launcher rebuild app.

I am getting the currently upgrading on /admin/upgrade part as shown in the image below.

Edit:

I believe i reproduced this by upgrading the site first via /admin/upgrade and in between opting for upgrade via SSH

How do i fix this?

Click the button then click cancel upgrade. (It only cancels the incorrect UI status at that point)
