I just tried this and it spams the staff action logs with each post edit. I think it would be more useful to add ‘merge user’ as a staff action and not log every single post change.

I think ‘merge user’ is a staff action log already. It shouldn’t be logging each post change. 
조금 더 자세히 살펴보니, 우리 직원 액션 로그에서도 상당한 기간(1년 이상) 전부터 동일한 현상이 관찰되고 있습니다. 따라서 이는 예상된 프로세스인 것 같습니다(혹은 이미 꽤 오랫동안 깨져 있었던 것이겠죠 
).
