We run our forum on discourse called Supra forum and past one week some of our users who were new are not able to get any email while signing up as well as while as one of the admins in the forum but when I am trying to log in by asking for a login link or trying to hit forget my password, I am not getting any email on my mail and not even in spam folder.
If you use digital ocean, it’s likely that you need to switch to port 2525 or perhaps open a ticket and get them to open whatever port you’re using. Switching is easier and works in most cases.
