I have managed to get the installation to work, the correct smtp settings. I am now receiving the following error when i try to register an account. From the production.log file.

Delivered mail xxxxxx@discourse.xxxxx.com (60210.3ms)
Job exception: Net::ReadTimeout

This suggests that you cannot access your mail server. If it’s something like mailgun, try port 2525.

Thanks for the response, if it helps I am able to telnet onto the mail server using port 465 and 587. No it is not mailgun.

Mais alguma coisa que eu possa tentar? Eu realmente gostaria de usar o Discourse.

Não tenho nenhuma ideia. Se você consegue fazer telnet na porta, parece ser algum problema de rede do Docker.
