رسائل المنتدى المرسلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني تظهر باللون الرمادي في الوضع المظلم في بعض منتديات Discourse

لقد تم مؤخرًا تظليل النص الموجود في المشاركات المرسلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني التي أتلقاها باللون الرمادي.

يحدث هذا مع meta.discourse.org وبعض منتديات Discourse الأخرى، ولكن بعض منتديات Discourse الأخرى تعمل بشكل جيد.

تحدث المشكلة فقط عندما يتم ضبط جهاز Mac الخاص بي على الوضع المظلم؛ ولا تحدث مع الوضع الفاتح.

هل حدث أي تغيير مؤخرًا في برنامج Discourse للتسبب في ذلك؟

لقد حاولت إعادة إنتاج هذا باستخدام Apple Mail وعلى 3 متصفحات مختلفة مع Gmail، ولكن حتى الآن لم أنجح. لذلك، أود الحصول على مزيد من المعلومات لمعرفة ما إذا كان بإمكاننا تكرار ذلك. هل يمكنك إخباري بما يلي:

ما هو عميل البريد الإلكتروني الذي تستخدمه؟

منذ الترقية إلى 2.9.0.beta4، أبلغ أحد أعضاء منتدانا عن معاناته من مشكلة مماثلة مع رسائل البريد الإلكتروني المرسلة من المنتدى. تم ضبط جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به على الوضع الداكن، وهو يستخدم Microsoft Outlook على نظام التشغيل Windows 10.

لقد قام بإعادة توجيه إحدى رسائل البريد الإلكتروني إلى مدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاص به، وكان النص الرمادي الفاتح أسود على جهاز مدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

تم ضبط الإعداد ‘default dark mode color scheme id’ في المنتدى على None. يوجد سمة نشطة واحدة فقط: الافتراضي، لوحة الألوان فاتحة (افتراضي)، لا يوجد CSS/HTML مخصص.

أبلغ أحد المستخدمين أن النص في إشعاره عبر البريد الإلكتروني كان فاتح اللون للغاية، لدرجة أنه كان من الصعب قراءته:

يبدو أن هذا السلوك يحدث فقط في تطبيق Outlook على الويب. هل واجه أي شخص آخر هذه المشكلة؟ أتساءل عما إذا كان سببها Discourse أو تطبيق Outlook وما إذا كان هناك أي شيء يمكننا القيام به لحلها.

يمكنني تكرار المشكلة باستخدام تطبيق Outlook على الويب على Microsoft Edge (الإصدار 106.0.1370.47 (بناء رسمي) (64 بت)) و Firefox 106.0.1 (64 بت) و Chrome (الإصدار 106.0.5249.119 (بناء رسمي) (64 بت)) على Windows 10 Enterprise، الإصدار 20H2.

إعدادات Windows 10 > التخصيص > الألوان >
ثم إحدى هاتين الحالتين:
اختر اللون: مخصص.
اختر وضع التطبيق الافتراضي: داكن.
أو:
اختر اللون: داكن.

تطبيق Outlook على الويب > الإعدادات > الوضع الداكن: إيقاف.

مرحباً بالجميع،

نعتذر عن التأخير هنا، لقد قمنا بإعادة إنتاج المشكلة في سيناريو محدد ودمجنا إصلاحًا. إذا كنت عميلاً مستضافًا، فسيكون الإصلاح في مثيلك خلال الأسبوع القادم تقريبًا.

السيناريو المحدد لإعادة الإنتاج هو استخدام تطبيق Outlook Web الافتراضي الذي يعمل على نظام تشغيل مضبوط على الوضع المظلم.

هذا المزيج تسبب في تطبيق بعض أنماط الوضع المظلم على عناصر في قالب البريد الإلكتروني. وذلك لأن Outlook Web سيحترم @media (prefers-color-scheme:dark) (نظرًا لأن نظام التشغيل في الوضع المظلم) على الرغم من أن Outlook Web نفسه ليس في الوضع المظلم. هذا يعتبر خطأً في Outlook Web.
