Easiest way is to select the code and click the </> button in the composer toolbar :wink:

And to reply to your question, if you want to embed (we call that “onebox”) a video hosted on vimeo, just paste the link to that video

will become

Please be aware Vimeo has a habit of blocking lots and lots of cloud servers, so you may need to check that Vimeo is not blocking your server if the video embeds here, but not on your site.
