This user has met the requirement for the empathetic badge for over 2 weeks now, and still doesn’t has the badge. How can I fix this?

The user may not have 500 liked posts. Also, the badge does not work until that condition of having 500 liked posts is met.

But it says 700 received and 1.3k given, that’s clearly above 500 right?

They may have received 700 Likes in total, but for the Empathetic badge they would need 500 Liked posts:
Has 500 liked posts and gave 1000 likes
So they may currently have eg. 350 posts that have been Liked 2 times each.
