[en.user.desktop_notifications.currently_disabled] in user profile

This is shown on User Profile Notification settings:

Viewing that page as an admin with locale set to EN.
The user’s locale is RU.

Perhaps this is due to the fact that there is no translation?

client.en.yml is the original and not the translation right? Or am I getting it wrong?

Should be fixed by UX: Remove unused strings about desktop notifications · discourse/discourse@a40e9d9 · GitHub. It doesn’t make sense to have empty strings in the English locale files.
