Hi,

I would like to know when reported posts are entered in messages/group/moderators and when not.
I have 2 messages there that I can see, but there are many more under /review.
In the team, there was the question of how best to communicate about reports and it would be great if there was a PM to the moderation team for each report.

Not all flags create a PM with the moderator group. If a user flags as ‘Something Else’ a PM with the moderator group is created. This is why you have some flagged posts in the moderator inbox and some in the /review queue.

if there was a PM to the moderation team for each report.

Anyone feel free to correct me but perhaps (I haven’t used the feature yet) if you create custom moderation flags and check the ‘Prompt users to provide additional reasons’ it will create a PM with the moderator group and the flagger?
