토픽에 이미 존재하는 두 태그의 동의어를 추가할 때 발생하는 오류

현재 코드는 시노니움을 생성할 때, 해당 토픽에 이미 두 개의 태그가 모두 포함된 경우를 처리하지 못하는 것 같습니다.
