아직 그렇게 하지 않았다면 요청에 All Users API Key를 사용해 보세요. All Users API Key를 사용해도 여전히 속도 제한에 걸리는 경우, app.yml 파일에서 DISCOURSE_MAX_ADMIN_API_REQS_PER_KEY_PER_MINUTE 값을 기본값인 60보다 높게 설정하세요.
