When I make the same kind of article, the text to which I refer is shown as links.

there is no problem with access - since both there and there I look from the admin account.

it is necessary that when copying a post or moving it to another section - it looks the same as on the first screen, and not in the form of links.

You can’t onebox topics which are in a secure category.

There’s a padlock next to the category name in the first screenshot, those same links won’t work in an unsecured category.
