pupsのブートストラップに失敗しました::ExecError 'bundle exec rake db:migrate' が 2.9.0.beta4 から 2.9.0.beta5 へのパラメータで失敗しました

2ヶ月前にDiscourseを2.9.0.beta4 34fba417f1にアップグレードしました。残念ながら、./launcher rebuild appのためにUpgradeページを再確認するのを忘れました。2日前に再構築しようとしたところ、ディスク容量が不足していました。バックアップは130MBです。

そこで、ドロップレットをアップグレードし、25GBから50GBにリサイズしました。

アプリの再構築を試みた際に、このエラーが発生しました。

参考までに：復元が失敗する理由としては、それは適切ではありません。復元先のインスタンスがバックアップよりも新しい場合は、問題なく動作するはずです。

同じホストでアップグレードする場合でも、同様のことが起こったはずです。

私のDiscourseは現在、月額10ドル（50GB）です。
