A docker container upgrade was noted (when I attempted the upgrade through the web UI, and then I hit the page “You are running an old version of the Discourse image.” and I need to go the the underling Ubuntu console to run the launch…

Thanks, @itsbhanusharma ! This helped me. We had been using "templates/postgres.9.5.template.yml". Changing to "templates/postgres.10.template.yml" did not work, but changing to the most recent "templates/postgres.template.yml" worked flawlessly. Thanks for the help!

That’s discourse-doctor. It is only designed to test setup deployed with ./discourse-setup … OP is using a renamed template
