古い（2.x）インストールのアップデートを試みましたが、どうしても失敗します。
/var/discourse から ./launcher rebuild app を実行した後に発生するエラーは以下の通りです。

何が起きているのかよく分かりません。失敗する前のコンソール出力には、有用な情報が何も表示されていませんでした。Discourse pups がチェックアウト時に detached HEAD 状態になっていることだけ気づきましたが、これが問題なのかは分かりません…
