Does anyone know what plugin/feature is used for this Discourse site at the top? I know topics can be pinned to the top, but this doesn’t look like that.
There’s various theme-components you can use to put a banner with custom content on your site. E.g. Search results for 'banner #theme-component' - Discourse Meta
Though the one on the zoom dev forum looks like custom code to me and not using a component.
