FAQ aparecendo no topo do menu hambúrguer

I’m not getting why FAQ (new) is appearing at the top of the hamburger menu for some users and not others.

Does anyone know how why this is happening and how to disable this?

It happens until you scroll to the bottom of the FAQ.
