This feature request addresses two missing capabilities for category moderators. small-lovely-cat explains that previously, moderators could not manually unhide posts within their category unless they used the review queue to reject a flag and restore the content. Additionally, they were unable to view deleted or hidden posts via the user activity page, which complicated the verification of such actions without a direct URL. The proposed pull request adds these permissions, allowing category moderators to unhide posts directly and view hidden/deleted content in user activity logs, with corresponding specs added to cover these cases.
This commit adds two missing functions of category moderators.
The category moderator couldn’t manually unhide a post in the category they moderate, unless they use reviewable, reject a flag and restore the post.
The category moderator couldn’t see deleted/hidden posts from the user activity page, making confirmation of a deleted/hidden post hard, if they don’t have a url of it.
This is permission related, so added some specs to cover each case.
