Filtering + scrollbar bug on mobile

To reproduce:

  1. On mobile, go to this topic: https://meta.discourse.org/t/will-discourse-ever-gain-ignore-user-functionality/1525

  2. Filter by the OP’s posts by clicking on his username, and then “2 posts in topic”.

  3. Scroll down until you get to “46 hidden replies”. Click on it to open the hidden replies.

  4. Open the topic scrollbar by tapping on 2/48, use the scrollbar to scroll to the bottom of the topic.

  5. The topic stays on the filtered post with the 46 replies hidden again.

Very low priority, since filtering is a rare case and I don’t think it needs to be 100% perfect.
