Find chat id - Discourse Chat

Hello, I am trying to set up an API key with Discourse Chat.

It has a field called “chat channel ID”, but I don’t know where to find this Id.

I tried using the Network Tab to see when I sent a message and found this:

So would this mean the chat id for this channel is 217?

Yes, I believe that’s the case. You should also see the channel ID in the URL when loading it in full screen, e.g. here on meta the chat-feedback channel has ID 129: https://meta.discourse.org/chat/channel/129/chat-feedback
